Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will help generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers. • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Connect with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain the benefits of our services.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Share feedback with management regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or a similar role (experience in SaaS will be an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude with a strong interest in sales and customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
