Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and promote company products/services through phone, email, and online communication. This is a fixed salary role with a focus on consistent performance and relationship building rather than commission-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
• Explain services features, benefits, pricing, and processes clearly
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
• Achieve daily/weekly activity targets (calls, follow-ups, demos scheduled)
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional conduct
