Job Description
We are B2B company who deals in Solar products like Solar structure, Solar electrical materials etc. We are looking for a sales executive who can prepare quotation based in customer input and follow up to close the deal. As a sales executive following responsibility they have to perform:-
--Receive and handle inbound leads via phone, email, website, WhatsApp, or CRM
--Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and price details
--Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into confirmed orders
--Answer customer queries related to product specifications, pricing, delivery, and payment terms
--Update customer details, lead status, and follow-up activities in Ms Excel/CRM
--Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline data
