Job Description (JD):

GFE Franchise is seeking a dynamic and motivated Education & Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the education sector along with strong sales skills to drive business growth and build client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education sector

Promote and sell company services to potential clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions

Conduct presentations, counseling sessions, and follow-ups

Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales and negotiation abilities

Basic knowledge of the education industry

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Good presentation and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.)

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Education and/or Sales sector

Graduate in any discipline

Must own a laptop (mandatory for job role)
