Inside Sales Executive

Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into site visits and sales opportunities.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound calls with potential clients
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Generate and qualify leads from various sources
• Schedule site visits for the sales team
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
• Update client data and lead status in CRM
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
• Requirements:6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales / telecalling / real estate
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
