🎯 Key Responsibilities:📞 Handle inbound & outbound calls to potential clients

🏘️ Understand customer requirements & suggest suitable property options

🗂️ Maintain CRM records, leads, and follow-ups

🤝 Coordinate with the field sales team for client visits

💬 Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat & referral business

📈 Achieve monthly sales targets with a goal-driven attitude

📑 Provide accurate info about projects, pricing, and amenities

💡 Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Experience in real estate / telecalling / inside sales

✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✅ Strong convincing power and customer-focused approach

✅ Fluent in English & Hindi

✅ Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools

✅ Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented

🎓 Education:Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Preferred: Marketing, Business Administration, or related field)
