🚀 About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Specialist who’s passionate about sales, customer engagement, and achieving targets! You’ll play a key role in driving business growth through lead generation, client communication, and conversions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our products/services

✅ Handle inbound leads efficiently and convert them into sales

✅ Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

✅ Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals

✅ Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups

🧠 Requirements:

✔️ Excellent communication and persuasion skills

✔️ Confident, energetic, and target-oriented

✔️ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)

✔️ Fresher or 1–2 years of sales experience preferred

✔️ Must be comfortable working from the Noida office
