Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented professionals to join our Inside Sales Team. In this role, you will engage with prospective learners and parents, generate and nurture leads, build lasting relationships, and guide them through the enrolment process. You will play a key role in driving growth and connecting learners with Unacademy’s impactful educational programs.


Key Responsibilities:-


📈 Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and connect with potential learners through various online and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with schools, communities, and networks to build a consistent lead pipeline.


🤝 Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing learners.
  • Understand learner goals and provide personalized course recommendations.


💰 Sales & Revenue Contribution

  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
  • Conduct engaging calls and presentations to convert leads into enrollments.


📊 Market Research & Analysis

  • Stay updated on education trends, competitor offerings, and student needs.
  • Share insights to help improve sales strategies and learner engagement.


🗂 Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, interactions, and conversions.
  • Share regular performance and pipeline reports with internal teams.


🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, product, and academic teams to align strategies and improve learner experience.


🎓 Student Counselling & Enrolment Support:

  • Counsel learners on suitable courses based on their goals and interests.
  • Support them through enrolment, fee payment, and onboarding processes.
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Education preferred)
  • Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, academic counselling, or customer service (preferably in EdTech)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to multitask, meet targets, and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
