Job SummaryTechtutor Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive who can effectively communicate with potential candidates and convert leads into successful admissions for our professional skill programs.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with prospective candidates.
- Explain company training programs and career opportunities to potential students.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and placement opportunities.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Tele-Sales, or Skill Program Sales.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM handling preferred).
