About the Role

360° Protect Insurance is hiring dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role involves meeting clients, explaining insurance products, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and generate leads for insurance products.

Visit clients and explain various insurance plans clearly and confidently.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies.

Maintain strong client relationships for renewals and referrals.

Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activities to the manager.

Participate in field campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements

Education: Graduate

Experience: Fresher to 4 years in sales (insurance experience is a plus).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.

Self-motivated and target-driven.
