Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to leads and prospective clients while also handling incoming inquiries about insurance policies.
- Product Education: Explain different insurance plans, including features, benefits, premiums, and coverage terms.
- Lead Conversion: Identify customer needs through effective questioning and convert potential leads into successful policyholders.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation quotas
