Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Fixed)

Experience: Need Insurance Company Exp. of Training.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & Deliver Training: Create and conduct engaging training sessions (virtual/in-person) for new hires, existing staff, and clients on current and new products.
• Product Expertise: Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct needs analyses (surveys, feedback) to identify training gaps and tailor content for different audiences.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in training, customer success, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical information.
• Experience with virtual training platforms (Zoom, Webex, etc.).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Instructional design knowledge (preferred).
