Interior Construction Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil & Interiors Fit-Out) to oversee and manage civil & interior projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management & Execution

• Supervise and manage daily on-site activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Ensure that all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and resolve any on-site technical issues.

2. Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with designers, architects, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular updates on project status.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

3. Quality Control & Compliance

• Conduct site inspections and ensure all work meets safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company policies.
• Address defects and ensure timely rectification of any issues.

4. Project Planning & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Assist in cost control and budget management by minimizing wastage and optimizing resources.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to the site team.

5. Health & Safety Compliance

• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols on-site.
• Conduct safety briefings and inspections to mitigate risks.
• Report any incidents or safety concerns to the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in commercial, residential, or retail spaces.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Basic knowledge in AutoCAD.
