Interior Designer

Role Overview:

The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring seamless execution on site. This role demands a balance of creativity and practical knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create design concepts, mood boards, and client presentations
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts (AutoCAD)
• Develop basic 3D views and design visualizations
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
• Coordinate closely with site engineers and contractors
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure accurate design execution
• Assist in client meetings and handle design discussions
• Maintain project documentation and revisions

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential interiors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools
• Strong knowledge of materials like woodwork, stone, tiles, and finishes
• Understanding of on-site execution and detailing
