Interior Designer Cum Business Development

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Interior Designer cum Business Development Executive who combines creative design expertise with strong business development skills. The role involves designing functional and aesthetic interior spaces while also driving client acquisition, managing relationships, and contributing to business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design ResponsibilitiesDevelop interior design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations based on client requirements
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design presentations
• Create detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure design execution
• Conduct site visits and oversee implementation to ensure design quality and timelines
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design innovations
• Business Development ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and market research
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present design proposals
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, exhibitions, and branding activities
• Track sales pipeline, prepare reports, and achieve assigned revenue targets
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in interior design and client handling
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and project costing
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under deadlines
• Preferred SkillsExperience in residential/commercial interior projects
• Knowledge of CRM tools and basic sales reporting
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
