An Residential Interior Site Supervisor oversees residential interior fit-out and finishing work at construction sites. The role involves managing labor, coordinating with designers and contractors, and ensuring that interior projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per design specifications.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily interior work such as carpentry, painting, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, and plumbing finishing
• Ensure work is executed as per interior drawings, layouts, and client requirements
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, vendors, and subcontractors
• Manage and guide workers, carpenters, painters, electricians, etc.
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling of site materials
• Check quality of finishes and workmanship
• Maintain site discipline and ensure safety standards are followed
• Track daily progress and prepare site reports
• Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly
• Ensure timely completion of interior fit-out work
• Required QualificationsDiploma / Degree (Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred)
• Experience in interior fit-out or finishing works
• Ability to read interior drawings and layouts
• Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of interior execution (modular furniture, ceilings, finishes, etc.)
• Leadership and team handling skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Time management and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
• Preferred RequirementsExperience in residential interiors exclusively.
• Knowledge of materials like laminates, veneers, tiles, gypsum, etc.
• Ability to handle multiple sites/projects
• Work EnvironmentOn-site (interior construction/fit-out locations)
• May require travel between sites
• Flexible working hours depending on deadlines
• Salary Range₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and project type)
