Interior Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Interior Supervisor to oversee and execute high-end interior works for our luxury residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, managing contractors, coordinating with designers and vendors, and maintaining timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day interior finishing works including carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, polishing, plumbing, electrical fittings, and modular installations.

• Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications as per approved drawings and BOQs.

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, vendors, and contractors for material deliveries, approvals, and work progress.

• Manage and monitor on-site workforce for timely and efficient execution.

• Maintain daily progress reports, highlight delays, and suggest corrective actions.

• Inspect and approve samples, mock-ups, and finishes before implementation.

• Ensure all works meet luxury standards of detailing, alignment, and finish.

• Verify and record material usage and wastage control.

• Implement and monitor safety protocols on site.

• Conduct handover inspections and ensure all snag points are closed before project completion.
