Role Summary

The HRBP Intern will support the HR Business Partner team in driving key HR initiatives across employee lifecycle management, engagement, data analytics, and HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic HR partnering within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

1.Employee Lifecycle Support

• Assist in onboarding and induction coordination
• Support confirmation, probation tracking, and documentation
• Maintain and update employee records and HR dashboards

2. HR Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare monthly HR reports (attrition, headcount, engagement metrics)
• Support data analysis for workforce planning and decision-making
• Assist in maintaining HR MIS and tracker accuracy

3. Employee Engagement

• Coordinate engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
• Assist in organizing townhalls, HR connects, and team events
• Support employee feedback analysis and survey data compilation

4. HR Operations & Compliance

• Support documentation for HR audits and policy adherence
• Assist in drafting HR communication notes
• Coordinate with payroll and recruitment teams for data inputs

5. Strategic HR Projects

• Support HRBP in talent review preparation
• Assist in performance management cycle documentation
• Contribute to special HR initiatives and process improvement projects

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA / PGDM (HR) – Pursuing or Recently Completed
• Strong analytical and MS Excel skills
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• High attention to detail and confidentiality orientation
