Job Description – Customer Support Executive (International Process – Voice / Non-Voice | E-Commerce)

About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic Customer Support Associates for our International Voice/Non-Voice E-Commerce Process. The role includes handling customer queries, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates only (mandatory)
- Must have excellent spoken English, good grammar, and correct sentence formation
- Freshers can apply
- Experienced candidates must have valid documents
- Age Limit: 18–30 years
- No targets & no pressure
Work Schedule
- 6 days working, 1 rotational weekly off
- 9-hour shift, including 1-hour break
Shift Details
- Female employees: Day shift till 8 PM maximum
- Male employees: 24×7 rotational shifts (includes night shift)
- Night Shift Travel Allowance: ₹2,000 per month (for employees working in night shift)
(PLI = Performance Linked Incentive)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer issues via calls, chats, or emails (voice & non-voice)
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
