Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic, goal-driven, and self-motivated Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients, offering our products/services and converting leads into sales.

● Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product/services to effectively present and persuade clients.

● Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

● Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management team. ● Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately record client information, sales conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

● Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and customers to close deals and ensure long-term relationships.

● Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and customer needs to better position the products/services.

● Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. Requirements:

● Experience: Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

● Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed sales targets.

● Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

● Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking to handle customer queries and objections.

● Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
