Skills:

Excellent English Communication with clear Accent with No MTI issues

Active, Solution provider, Polite, Decision maker, soft spoken

Job Location: Sec 62, Noida

Cab facilities: 2 ways Cab Pick and drop

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls to assist international E-commerce customers.
• Address inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
• Provide accurate product and service information.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Work Schedule
• Working Days: 5 days per week
• Week Offs: 2 rotational days off
• Shifts: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

• Experience 0-11 U1 - 300000 Band Max 310000
• Experience 12-23 U1 - 400000 Band Max 422000
• Experience 24+ U2 - 450000 Band Max 475000
