Job Description

We are hiring experienced International Outbound Telemarketing Executives for a US outbound process. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in US outbound calling, excellent communication skills, and strong comprehension abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to US customers for sales/lead generation

Effectively communicate product or service information

Understand customer needs and close sales or generate qualified leads

Maintain call quality and compliance standards

Achieve and exceed daily and monthly targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in US outbound telemarketing / calling

Excellent English communication and comprehension skills

Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented approach

Ability to work in fixed night shifts

Strong listening and objection-handling skills
