Job Description
Customer Support Associate – International E-Commerce Process (Voice / Non-Voice)
Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred
Role: Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality customer experience.
Eligibility
- Graduates only
- Excellent spoken English & grammar
- Freshers welcome
- Experienced candidates must have valid documents
- Age: 18–30 years
Work Schedule
- 6 days working, 1 rotational off
- 9-hour shift (incl. 1-hour break)
- Females: Day shift up to 8 PM
- Males: 24×7 rotational shifts
- Night shift allowance: ₹2,000/month
Salary
- Freshers: ₹20,000 in-hand | ₹23,000 CTC + PLI
- 6+ months experience: ₹23,000 in-hand | ₹26,000 CTC + PLI
