*Job Description:*

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual for our International Voice Process. As a Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service.

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

- Resolve customer queries and concerns

- Provide product information and support

- Meet customer satisfaction targets

- Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Maintain accurate records and reporting

*Requirements:*

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluency in English (other languages an advantage)

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred)

- Ability to work in shifts
