Job Title: US Telecom (Blended)( Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice/Chat/Email or Blended process )

Location: Noida, Sector 60

Work Mode: Work From Office

Process: US Telecom – Chat, Email & Voice

Key Responsibilities

• Handle US telecom customer queries via chat, email, and voice.
• Resolve billing, service, plan, and basic technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records and meet quality & productivity targets.
• Follow process, compliance, and customer service standards.

Eligibility

• Graduate/Undergraduate
• Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice/Chat/Email or Blended process
• Strong written & verbal communication skills

Shift & Salary

• 5 days working | Rotational shifts & offs | 10-hour shifts
• ₹34,000 CTC | ₹29,400 In-hand (6 months – 1 year experience)
• ₹45,000 CTC | ₹34,800 In-hand (1+ year experience)
