International Mobility Specialist SF

About this opportunity

We are now looking for an International Mobility(IM) Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations for Long-Term and Short-Term Assignments. You will support the IM CoE by delivering high-quality services and solutions, ensuring seamless coordination across global mobility processes.

 

What you will do

    Review and complete Long-Term Assignment (LTA) requisitions

    Communicate with GSSC Manila for HRMS status updates

    Notify external providers (tax and relocation) of status changes

    Validate all documentation prior to assignment start

    Confirm start dates and initiate spendable payments

    Update family status for annual salary reviews

    Coordinate mass communications (e.g., ECA surveys)

    Monitor assignment timelines and initiate extensions or terminations

    Calculate outstanding vacation upon assignment termination

    Maintain documentation in GIM folders and eridoc

    Prepare Short-Term Assignment (STA) agreements

 

You will bring

Skills & Knowledge

    Strong understanding of International Mobility operations

    Good Excel skills (basic functions, formatting, formulas)

    Knowledge of Employee Central / SuccessFactors(SF) / HRMS

    Understanding of organizational structure and business alignment

    Knowledge of EGMS, data privacy, and compliance regulations

    6 months to 1 year of experience in International Mobility or related HR support

    Strong coordination and time management

    Problem-solving and logical reasoning

    Demonstrated accountability and ownership

    Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment

Education

    Bachelor’s degree in any stream
