Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential customers and clearly explain company products and services in English
• Handle outbound and inbound calls with a strong focus on English conversation quality
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
• Maintain accurate customer records and update daily reports
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Mandatory Requirements

• Excellent spoken English (fluency is the top priority)
• Ability to hold confident, clear, and professional conversations with international clients
• Freshers and Experience atleast 1 yr in BPO
• Graduate / Postgraduate candidates can apply
• Good listening, understanding, and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
• Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset
