Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries.

Explain company services and process clearly to customers.

Identify interested and qualified customers.

Transfer or assign qualified calls to senior team members.

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/system.

Update call status and daily work reports.

Follow up with pending or interested customers.

Achieve daily/weekly calling or lead targets.

Follow company calling scripts and guidelines.
