Job Title: International Voice Executive Location: A-1, Sector 59 Noida Shift: Night Shift (to support US time zones) Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a US Process Associate. The role involves handling end-to-end business processes for US-based clients, ensuring high quality service and adherence to compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats from US clients. • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. • Provide accurate information and solutions based on client requirements. Process Management: • Work on US-based operations such as healthcare (Medicare/ACA enrollments), insurance claims, financial services, or technical support. • Ensure all documentation, processing, and reporting follow US regulatory and compliance guidelines. Compliance: • Stay updated on US industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA for healthcare or ACA guidelines). • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information. Reporting & Analysis: • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on process performance. • Identify areas for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaboration: • Work closely with team members, supervisors, and US-based stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. • Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels as needed.
