Customer Support Associate – International E-Commerce Process (Voice / Non-Voice)
Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred
Role: Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality customer experience.
Eligibility

Work Schedule
- 6 days working, 1 rotational off
- 9-hour shift (incl. 1-hour break)
- Females: Day shift up to 8 PM
- Males: 24×7 rotational shifts

- Provide accurate solutions
- Ensure timely issue resolution
