Job Title: Customer Service Executive – International Process- Voice Process

Department: Customer Support 

Location: Noida Sector 63

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information about products and services.

• Maintain customer records and update databases with the latest information.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.

• Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

• Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant departments as needed.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts for international processes).

• Basic computer proficiency – MS Office, CRM tools, and typing skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

• Ability to handle pressure and deliver consistent performance.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience:

Min 6 months of experience in an international voice or non-voice process preferred.

Shift Timing:

• Rotational shifts- 6 Days Working.

• One side Cab in the Odd hours Limited to 20KMS range

Salary Range:

• UPTO- 4.2LPA
