Location: Noida Sector 63 (On-site)

Shift: Night Shift (US & Canada Time Zones)

Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and confident Outbound Sales Agents to work on an international voice process targeting USA and Canada customers. The role involves high-volume outbound calling, engaging decision-makers, explaining compliance-based services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound voice calls to prospects in USA & Canada
• Pitch services confidently and handle sales objections
• Understand and follow structured sales scripts and compliance processes
• Achieve daily call targets and sales conversions
• Maintain call logs and basic CRM updates
• Work in a fast-paced international sales environment

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken Telugu and English with clear pronunciation
• Strong sales mindset and persuasion skills
• Prior experience in International Voice Process / Outbound Sales preferred
• Ability to work in night shifts consistently
• Confidence in talking to US & Canadian customers
• Preferred Background: Experience in US/Canada sales, outbound calling, or telemarketing
• Exposure to B2B sales or compliance / service-based selling is a plus
