International Voice Process (Sales)

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals Business Development Associates (BDA) to drive international sales via outbound calling. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sharp sales mindset. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential customers, pitching services, while working with a motivated team in a performance-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international prospects to promote and sell web design and development services.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized digital solutions aligned with their business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Consistently follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Address client queries and objections confidently and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sale handover.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & listening).
• Prior experience in international voice sales is preferred.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with IT, Web, or Digital Marketing knowledge will have an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.
