Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support our retail expansion and market research initiatives. The role involves market mapping, scouting potential retail properties, and analyzing competitive brand performance to help identify growth opportunities for the brand.

This internship is ideal for candidates interested in retail strategy, real estate scouting, and market analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping and scouting for potential retail locations for brand expansion.
• Identify new and existing retail markets suitable for store openings.
• Support the team in scouting commercial properties and retail spaces.
• Perform market research on competitor brands, including store presence, positioning, and estimated sales performance.
• Analyze performance of brands across different categories in key retail markets.
• Maintain and organize data in Excel sheets and reports for internal review.
• Prepare presentations and reports in PowerPoint summarizing market insights and opportunities.
• Represent the brand professionally while interacting with brokers, mall teams, and market stakeholders.
• Develop a strong understanding of the brand positioning and expansion strategy.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collect, organize, and interpret market data.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Ability to understand brand positioning and represent it appropriately in the market.
• Comfortable with field visits and market scouting when required.
