Job Description
Brand Overview: Stitch Stories is a homegrown women’s premium western wear brand, focused on thoughtfully designed apparel, premium materials, and contemporary fashion for modern India. With a strong emphasis on storytelling, craftsmanship, and a luxury-first digital presence, the brand operates across its D2C website (www.shopstitchstories.com) and leading marketplaces. The brand also has physical retail stores at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj; M Block, Greater Kailash; and Ambience Mall, Gurugram, and retails across 30+ luxury Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs). We are building a data-driven, content-led digital ecosystem and a young, dynamic team.
We are looking for Management Trainees – Digital Marketing & Business Analytics who are eager to learn, experiment, and contribute across content creation, brand management, performance marketing, growth, data-driven analytics, and brand strategy.
About the Role: This role is designed as a hands-on learning internship, where the Management Trainee will work closely with the Digital Marketing, Performance, Content, and Design teams. The intern will gain exposure to real-world D2C marketing, campaign planning, marketplace growth, and analytics driven decision-making.
The role is ideal for students who want to build a strong foundation in fashion, luxury branding, and digital commerce.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing & Growth • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns aligned with the brand’s annual and seasonal marketing calendar • Brainstorm and propose campaign ideas for upcoming events, launches, edits, and sale periods • Support initiatives to increase website CTR, conversions, and overall traffic quality • Assist in structuring reporting systems to capture key performance indicators and actionable insights
- D2C Website & Funnel Optimization • Work on understanding and improving the conversion funnel for the brand’s D2C website • Assist in analyzing CTR, CRO, LTV, AOV, and customer journeys • Support experiments and ideas to enhance user experience and conversion performance
- Marketplace Presence • Assist in increasing the brand’s visibility and performance on new marketplaces • Support listing optimization, campaign planning, and content alignment across platforms
- Executive Roles • Assist the existing team in executive work such as product listings, SEO initiatives, and cross-functional coordination • Assist the CRM and operations teams in improving channel integration to deliver seamless and exemplary customer service, as and when required • Assist in execution at various fronts such as PR outreach, Influencer marketing, Sourcing requests, etc
- Content & Trend Research • Research and generate insights around the latest fashion, apparel, and Instagram trends • Identify content formats, reel ideas, hooks, and storytelling trends relevant to luxury and premium brands • Assist in aligning content ideas with performance metrics and brand objectives • Content creation – Making sure the premium elements & brand ethos are aligned
- Social Media & Brand Storytelling • Support social media content planning, calendars, and posting alignment • Work closely with designers, content creators, and the marketing team to ensure consistent luxury brand communication • Assist in maintaining a premium and cohesive brand narrative across platforms
- Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work alongside designers, performance teams, directors, and founders to bring campaigns and brand stories to life • Support coordination between creative ideas and data-backed decisions
What We’re Looking For: • Strong interest in digital marketing, fashion, D2C brands, and luxury storytelling • Basic understanding of digital platforms such as Instagram, Meta Ads, Google, and marketplaces • Hands-on exposure to data-driven tools and mechanisms such as Power BI and Tableau (Is a plus) • Curious and analytical mindset, with a willingness to understand metrics like CTR, conversions, and funnels, and derive insights from them • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Creative thinker with a data-backed approach

Selection Process & Eligibility Criteria: • Candidates must have secured a minimum of 70% marks in Class 10, Class 12, and Graduation. • In case a candidate has less than 70% in one stage but 85% or above in another, the profile may be reconsidered on a case-by-case basis. • The selection process will include: Initial screening - Virtual Group Discussion (GD) – Virtual Personal Interview (PI)
