Inventory Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Management Executive to manage spare parts and mobile inventory operations. The candidate will be responsible for stock control, ERP entries, e-way bill processing, reconciliation, and coordination with logistics and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of mobile devices and spare parts (inward, outward, and stock balance).
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems.
• Generate, verify, and manage e-way bills for dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
• Track material movement between warehouse, service centers, and client locations.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts teams for inventory alignment.
• Handle GRN, stock transfers, returns, and damaged material records.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.
• Prepare inventory MIS reports and share regular updates with management.
• Support audits and physical stock verification.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred).
• Hands-on experience in inventory management.
• Practical knowledge of ERP software (SAP / Tally / Oracle / any ERP).
• Experience in e-way bill generation and tracking.
• Understanding of mobile and spare parts inventory.
• Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and record accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in electronics, telecom, or mobile service industry.
• Exposure to warehouse operations and dispatch processes.
• Basic GST and invoicing knowledge.
