• Repair or replace damaged components such as:

• Battery
• Charging Port
• Camera
• Speaker / Mic
• Motherboard-level issues
• Perform water-damage treatment and component-level repairs
• Install, update, and troubleshoot iOS software issues
• Conduct quality testing after repair
• Maintain repair records and service reports
• Ensure safe handling of devices and spare parts
• Provide repair estimates and timelines to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• Follow company repair standards and procedures
