Job Description
- Diagnose hardware and software issues in iPhones
- Perform housing replacement (back panel / full body change)
- Replace parts like:
- Display (LCD / OLED)
- Battery
- Charging port
- Camera, speaker, mic, buttons
- Open and assemble iPhones safely using proper tools
- Handle motherboard-level repairs (basic to advanced, if trained)
- Test device fully after repair (touch, camera, network, Face ID, etc.)
- Maintain repair quality and avoid damage to internal components
- Follow ESD safety and company repair SOPs
- Maintain job cards and repair records
