Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Broadcast Engineer to manage, maintain, and support broadcast and live streaming systems integrated with IT and IP-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of broadcast equipment, networks, and live production workflows.

 Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain broadcast and IT-based systems

• Manage live streaming, video encoding/decoding, and transmission workflows

• Support IP-based broadcast networks (LAN/WAN, switches, routers)

• Troubleshoot audio, video, and network-related issues during live operations

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability

• Coordinate with production and technical teams for live events

• Maintain documentation and system configurations

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Electronics, Broadcast Engineering, or related field

• Strong knowledge of IP networking, streaming protocols (RTMP, SRT, HLS, NDI)

• Experience with video encoders, switchers, PTZ cameras, and broadcast hardware

• Understanding of cloud streaming platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc.)

• Ability to work under pressure during live broadcasts

 Preferred Skills

• Experience with 4G/5G bonding, OTT streaming, and remote production

• Knowledge of Linux/Windows server environments

• Certification in networking or broadcast technologies is a plus
