🎯 *Key Responsibilities*

* Interact with students and professionals via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

* Understand learners’ career goals and recommend suitable IT & Industrial courses.

* Present course details, fee structure, and placement assistance effectively.

* Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and meet monthly targets.

* Maintain proper lead and admission records in the CRM system.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and student satisfaction.

🧩 *Requirements*

 ✅ Education: Any Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, or equivalent).

 ✅ Experience: 0 to 3+ years in counseling / sales / tele-calling (Freshers welcome!)

 ✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

 ✅ Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset.

 ✅ Basic understanding of IT training programs is a plus.
