Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and ATS tools.
• Coordinated interviews, salary negotiations, and client interactions.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely submissions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

6 months to 3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.

Strong understanding of US hiring processes, tax terms (W-2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations (H-1B, GC, OPT, etc.).

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
