Role OverviewWe are hiring dynamic and motivated Bench Recruiters to join our US Staffing Team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals looking to kickstart their career in the fast-paced US IT recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities·        Market and place bench candidates (IT consultants) with clients and vendors.

·        Maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.

·        Submit suitable candidates for active job requirements and coordinate interviews.

·        Track submissions and update internal databases regularly.

·        Communicate effectively with consultants and clients to ensure smooth placements.

Candidate Requirements·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Willingness to work night shifts (aligned to US time zones).

·        Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

·        Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

·        Bachelor’s degree in any stream (technical background preferred but not mandatory).
