Job SummaryNefroverse Technologies LLP is hiring enthusiastic IT Recruiters to support US-based clients. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT requirements across the US market. Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to work in night shifts are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Submit qualified candidates to clients for open IT positions

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Maintain candidate pipeline and submission trackers

• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers

• Update internal databases and recruitment records

Required Skills• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good spoken English

• Email writing and documentation skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• English typing skills

• Interpersonal and coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (technical background preferred)

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

• Willing to work night shifts (US time zone)

• Immediate joiners preferred
