Position: IT Sales Executive

About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales for our IT services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good market understanding, and the ability to convert inquiries into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Generation & Prospecting


Identify and generate new business leads through calls, social media, email campaigns, and professional networks.


Maintain and update lead databases (CRM/Privyr/Excel).


Approach potential customers and convert them into active clients.



2. Sales & Client Engagement


Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate IT services such as:


Website Development


Mobile App Development


Software/ERP Solutions


Digital Marketing Services


Hosting & Domain Services



Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.


Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service packages.


Follow up with customers until closure.



3. Relationship Management


Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.


Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and handle queries professionally.


Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Development, Marketing) for project execution.



4. Sales Targets & Reporting


Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Maintain daily sales reports and share updates with management.


Track competition, market trends, and new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications


Proven experience in IT sales, tele-sales, or business development (preferred).


Strong communication and negotiation skills.


Ability to understand IT products and services.


Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Privyr, LeadSquared, HubSpot, etc.).


Good presentation and convincing abilities.


Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven mindset.

Educational Qualification


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.


MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
