Job OverviewVastoratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive with a strong background in IT Sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the sales process and possess a deep understanding of Website Development and Digital Marketing services. Your primary goal will be to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals to drive company growth.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients requiring Website Development and Digital Marketing services.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client business needs and propose customized IT solutions (SEO, SEM, Web Portals, etc.).
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Client Relationship: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Reporting: Maintain a database of leads and provide regular updates on the sales pipeline to the management.
  • Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Proven experience in IT Sales or Business Development (specifically in Web/Digital Marketing agencies).
  • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Website development workflows and Digital Marketing strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Mindset: A "go-getter" attitude with a genuine passion for sales and networking.
  • Negotiation: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close high-value projects.
