We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Desktop Engineer to join our growing team! If you have hands-on experience in desktop support and IT infrastructure, this is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level in a collaborative environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and standard software

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with timely resolution

• Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory

• Support network connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)

• Handle system updates, patches, and antivirus management

• Maintain IT asset records and documentation

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware servicing

Ticketing tools,

✅ Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11

• Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP)

• Experience with Active Directory & remote support tools

• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems & ITIL practices

• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
