📌 Job Description
We are looking for an IT Technical Support Field Engineer who can provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and security systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
- Computer & Laptop hardware troubleshooting
- Installation and configuration of printers & peripherals
- Installation & support of CCTV cameras and surveillance systems
- Configuration and troubleshooting of Biometric / Attendance Machines
- Network troubleshooting (LAN / basic router configuration)
- User support and onsite IT assistance
- Coordination with remote support team if required
💻 Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Windows OS troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of networking
- Experience with CCTV installation and configuration
- Knowledge of biometric attendance devices
- Ability to handle desktop & laptop hardware issues
🎓 Qualification
- Diploma / Graduate in IT / Computer Science
- Certification in Hardware & Networking preferred
🚗 Additional Requirements
- Willing to travel for onsite support / On demand Call / Visit to Client Site .
- Good communication skills
- Two-wheeler preferred
