Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Account Executive to support daily accounting operations, financial documentation, and record management. The candidate will assist the accounts team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibility:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records
• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and payment vouchers
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities
• Assist in GST data preparation and documentation
• Maintain purchase and sales records
• Perform bank reconciliation and expense tracking
• Support monthly financial reports and statements preparation
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payments
• Assist senior accounts team in audits and compliance work

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Understanding of GST and taxation basics
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred)
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of Tally ERP or similar accounting software
• Basic understanding of financial compliance and documentation
