Job Title: Sales Accountant / Accounts Executive (Sales Department)

Location: Noida Sector 63

Department: Accounts & Finance (Sales Division)

Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Sales Accountant to manage accounting activities related to sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST compliance, and hands-on experience with Tally and Busy accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and invoices
• Generate and manage sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
• Reconcile sales data with accounting records and bank statements
• Handle accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
• Ensure proper documentation of sales entries in Tally and Busy software
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Assist in GST calculations, returns filing, and compliance
• Coordinate with the sales team for billing and payment-related queries
• Monitor customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain ledger accounts and ensure proper accounting entries
• Support audits by providing necessary documents and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial terminology
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Busy Accounting Software
• Good understanding of GST, taxation, and invoicing processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sales accounting or billing role
• Knowledge of inventory accounting (optional but beneficial)
• Familiarity with financial reporting and MIS
