About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to create engaging graphics that drive property sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, hoardings, social media posts, emailers, and digital ads for real estate projects.

Create brand-specific visuals for campaigns, property launches, and promotional events.

Develop digital creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and website banners.

Work closely with the marketing and sales team to understand project goals and deliver effective visuals.

Ensure all creatives align with the brand’s visual identity and real estate aesthetics.

Edit and enhance property images, walkthroughs, and renders for presentations.

Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and digital agencies when required.

Stay updated with design trends in real estate, architecture, and digital marketing.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory

Experience in social media design and digital ad creatives

Good knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (preferred)

Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

Creative thinker with attention to detail
